The ‘Pure white clouds pearl buttons vintage blouse’ is a lovely cotton-blend plisse ruffled blouse. The blouse has a straight/slim fit and has a lovely double collar detail. The blouse has a round neckline but the model is wearing it open. The blouse has perfect pearl buttons that are placed on the button down closure. The cuffs have the same layered plisse ruffles which give it a nice contrast. Please be aware that the sleeves have no buttons but two button holes.
